Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to be bound by them in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and I Am She LLC. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

NotaryOS is a subscription-based SaaS platform available at notaryos.app designed for notary professionals. The Service provides tools for:

• Searching signing service payment history and trust scores
• Tracking notary credentials and compliance deadlines (commission, E&O insurance, bond)
• Logging jobs, fees, and payment escalations
• Accessing compliance alerts and remote online notarization (RON) information
• Connecting with signing services through a verified directory

The Service is provided “as is” and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Service is intended for notary professionals and signing service businesses operating in the United States. You represent that you hold (or are applying for) a valid notary commission or operate a legitimate signing-related business.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Service.

NotaryOS offers subscription plans billed on a monthly recurring basis. Current plans for notary professionals include Starter ($9/month), Pro ($19/month), NotaryOS Concierge ($500 one-time setup + $97/month), and NotaryOS Concierge AI ($1,000 one-time setup + $297/month). A Signing Service plan ($49/month) is also available for signing service businesses. Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You will receive a receipt from Stripe for each charge. NotaryOS does not store your full card details.

Founding Member Promotion: Promotional pricing (including any “Founding Member” discounts and locked Concierge rates) is applied at checkout and honored for the duration of your continuous subscription. Promotional pricing is forfeited if you cancel and re-subscribe. Founding Member status, once cancelled, cannot be restored — re-subscribers join NotaryOS at then-current public pricing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial months.

Transactional SMS: By providing your phone number during account setup, you may receive transactional text messages related to your account, such as credential expiry alerts, payment confirmations, and service notifications.

Promotional SMS: If you explicitly opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our profile setup or registration forms, or by interacting with our chat widget, you consent to receive promotional text messages from NotaryOS (powered by I Am She LLC) about features, updates, and offers.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help or contact us at founder@mg.notaryos.app.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or use of the Service.

SMS opt-in information is not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information about yourself or others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Service content without written permission
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm other users or signing services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Circumvent any security measures or access controls

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

All content, design, code, and features of the Service are the property of I Am She LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription period.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as your notary profile data). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Trust score and payment history data is provided for informational purposes only and we make no guarantees as to its accuracy or completeness.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I AM SHE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ramsey County, Minnesota, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, by sending an email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
