I Am She LLC operates NotaryOS, a SaaS platform for notary professionals and signing service businesses in the United States. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly and transparently.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We collect the following categories of information:

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you provide it, we also collect your phone number.

Notary Profile Information: Commission state and expiry date, E&O insurance expiry, bond expiry, notary types (mobile, RON, hospital, loan signing, etc.), county registration, business name, RON states, and profile photo.

Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We receive a Stripe customer ID and subscription status but do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account details.

Job and Business Records: Job dates, signing service names, fees, payment status, and notes you enter into the job log feature.

Usage Data: Log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps, collected automatically when you use the Service.

SMS Consent Records: When you opt in to SMS communications, we record your consent status and the timestamp at which consent was given.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process subscription payments through Stripe
• Send transactional emails (receipts, credential expiry alerts, account notices)
• Send SMS notifications about your account, compliance deadlines, and service updates — only with your explicit consent
• Send promotional messages about NotaryOS features or offers — only with your explicit consent
• Respond to support requests and inquiries
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.

Consent and Collection: Phone numbers are collected voluntarily during account setup or signing service registration. We collect phone numbers only when you choose to provide them. SMS consent is separately obtained via an explicit opt-in checkbox, and consent status is stored with a timestamp.

Use of Phone Numbers: Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are used solely to send text messages related to NotaryOS services — including account alerts, compliance reminders, and (with promotional consent) feature announcements. We do not use phone numbers for unrelated purposes.

No Third-Party Marketing: SMS opt-in data — including your phone number, consent status, and consent timestamp — is never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further marketing messages will be sent. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the Service. Reply HELP for assistance.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or using any Service feature.

We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing. Stripe receives your email address and billing information to process subscriptions. Stripe’s privacy policy governs their use of this data.

GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.) — CRM and SMS platform. Upon successful subscription, we send your name, email, and plan to GoHighLevel to manage customer communications and automations on our behalf. GoHighLevel is contractually prohibited from using this data for any purpose other than providing services to us.

Supabase, Inc. — Database and authentication infrastructure. Your account and profile data are stored on Supabase-hosted servers. Supabase processes data solely as our data processor.

GoKollab (HighLevel Inc.) — Course delivery and credential issuance platform. Your name, email, and course progress are sent to GoKollab to provide curriculum access and issue completion credentials. GoKollab is contractually prohibited from using this data for any purpose other than providing services to us.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

In the event of a data breach that affects your rights or freedoms, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction: Update or correct your profile information at any time via the dashboard
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal data. Contact us at founder@mg.notaryos.app to submit a deletion request
• SMS Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any SMS message or contact us directly
• Portability: Request a machine-readable copy of your data

NotaryOS uses essential cookies and browser storage to maintain your authenticated session and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

Our chat widget (powered by GoHighLevel) may set cookies to maintain chat session state. These are functional cookies required for the widget to operate and are not used for advertising.

The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at founder@mg.notaryos.app and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
